1. Which courier companies do you use?
All our deliveries are sent by DHL express services.
2. Which countries do you deliver to?
Channel Islands, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales.
Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

3. What about customs and import charges?
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local import duties & taxes, which are your responsibility to pay. If import taxes apply, once your Items arrive at customs the shipping company will phone you to let you know how much you'll need to pay. This could delay your delivery time, as your order will be held until you pay the charge. If you decide not to pay the import taxes, and we are charged, we will have to charge you for these costs
4. Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes we will need a signature. If no one is there to sign for your delivery, our couriers will try to deliver your order again, and at different times of day. We're sorry, but we can't redirect your order to a different address.
5. Can I track my delivery?
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
6. What if I am not in when the parcel is delivered?
A calling card will be left for you to contact the delivery courier. If contact is not made with the delivery courier within 3 days the item may be returned to the UK for security purposes and you may be charged.
Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your order with Claudia Sebire. We want you to be entirely happy with your order so please get in touch if there’s anything we can do to help. If you do need to return any items for either a refund or exchange please follow the instructions below.

All items must be returned to us in their original, un-worn condition within 10 working days of the original delivery.
SALE ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

Returns should be unworn and in perfect condition, with all Claudia Sebire and designer tags still attached. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included. We don't accept returns that are damaged, soiled or missing original labels, and these may be sent back to you.
The cost of return delivery is paid for by the customer, Claudia Sebire cannot be liable for any item returns that are lost or misdirected - that is why we recommend all returns are recorded, trackable and insured.
All returns received are credited to the account used for the original payment. Any import taxes or duties incurred outside the UK are non-refundable. Delivery costs are also non-refundable.
